Important Information on Your Aidesun Guarantee

Customer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, Aidesun hair dryers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for significant issues and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not major. What Does the Aidesun Guarantee Include?

  • All new Aidesun hair dryers come with a 1-year guarantee.

The Aidesun Guarantee replacement of your hair dryer (at Aidesun’s discretion) if it is found to have defects due to faulty materials, workmanship, or function within the guarantee period.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee

The terms and conditions of the Aidesun Guarantee include:

  • The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

  • The guarantee is valid in all countries where the hair dryer is supplied by Aidesun or an authorized distributor.

What Is Not Covered by the Aidesun Guarantee?

The Aidesun Guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage due to not following recommended maintenance.

  • Accidental damage, faults from negligent use, misuse, neglect, or improper handling not in line with the User Manual.

  • Use of the hair dryer for purposes other than those intended.

How to Make a Claim

For support or to make a claim under your Aidesun Guarantee or Australian Consumer Law, contact the Aidesun Customer Care Team. Your hair dryer may need inspection by a technician to determine the fault and the appropriate remedy. If needed, the Aidesun Customer Care Team will assist in arranging free delivery by providing a reply-paid tracking label.
